The ladies in the morning are always very nice. I enjoy going in on my way to work. However, I refuse to go in on my way home because of an employee named Noah. He NEVER smiles, barely acknowledges you standing there waiting, and is always very rude. I went in last week, he was busy doing something, but when he was done and ready to help me, he looks at me and says, “What did you want?” This is how he is every time I see him or am getting helped by him. If you hate your job, quit? You’ve lost my business until he’s gone.

My wife and I moved to the area a little over 2 years ago. We have religiously gone to this Casey’s since. I am in every single morning, and have never had a bad experience, until today. I came in and bought chips and cheese dip. I get home, my wife opens it and the seal must have been broken or something, because it smelled terrible, and was just cheese water. I took a video and went back to the store, because obviously, I don’t want smelly cheese water sloshing around in my car. I get to the store (I was in literally 5 minutes ago, we live maybe 2 minutes away), and tell the kid at the counter what happened and offered to show him the video. He said I would need to bring in the cheese water for him to do anything. Obviously, my wife had already tossed the cheese because it’s disgusting, and we have animals who would’ve tried to get it. So they wouldn’t do anything. Lost a loyal customer who comes in daily for a $3 tin of cheese.

Upon walking in the store I was greeted with large smiles and happy hellos from the lovely ladies behind the counter. They were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this convenience store if your looking to have your mood lifted or even just a good slice of pizza…

Worst experience at a Casey’s I’ve ever had. EVER. Rude employees, the two there just now asked for my ID when purchasing lottery tickets, not a problem. Not even two hours later, I went in, and I was again asked for ID. I did in fact leave my purse at home that time, clearly they just carded me and know I’m for a fact over 18. “That’s our policy” and a good eyeroll was what I got. But, No biggy, I left and asked my fiance to run and grab them for me quick, right before he got to the door they shut the lights off on him. And refused to make a sale and still 3 minutes before they close. I’ve been going to Casey’s since high school and just recently moved closer to this one and it’s sad that I have to say I will NEVER go back to this location.

I love Casey’s, but since they are undereducated on tobacco and they think the new Camel Royals are the same thing as Camel Turkish Royal and stoped carrying the Turkish Royal, so since I can’t get my smokes there I go across the street to BP and they get my two red bulls, two candy bars and two pack of smoke order.
