The A&w inside Twelve Oaks Mall has the worst speed for service. I waited like 20 minutes for my food and I was on my lunch break. No comment on the atmosphere of, you know, a food court. But the food is still great as always. All I recommend is to not waste your lunch break at this Food Court A&w.

I stopped by for lunch Thursday, late afternoon . My order was simple but I kind of over complicated it lol. Poor girl seemed new and I wasn’t making it any better by being scatter brained in that moment. The manager ( i didn’t get his name) was really nice . I appreciated that he wasn’t belittling towards the other employee, and super helpful to us both. Over all, very friendly and fast service . 🙂

Some of you guys fail to realize that some places (like this specific location in twelve oaks) are extremely short staffed and only have 2 employees working at this location during a normal week. Y’all should be grateful they even showed up to serve you. And you are not the only person who orders here so yeah you’ll definitely experience a wait. It’s a mall for crying out loud. A lot of people waiting to order. You just lack patience and sympathy. Also mistakes happen and they do their best to correct them.

Alrthough the food was very fresh and good, the wait was long. I ordered a chicken tender kids meal and it took about awhile for my order to come out. The area was very busy and I think they were doing their best, but it seems too long to wait for a kids meal.

If I could give this place a 0 stars, I would! The lady who was taking my order was very RUDE! She was rolling her eyes and had a snarl tone in her voice. She said, “WHAT DO YOU WANT?” really loudly. After placing my order and paid for what I owed them, I asked if I could have some change back, and she let out a loud angry sigh and refused. The food was really bad too. My fries were cold, and my burger tasted dry. I will never waste my money here again!

THE WORST A&W I have ever been to!! Placed my order yesterday, waited over 15 minutes all the while having to listen to the OWNER yell at customers because their food was taking forever to be served and cold when received. Screaming profanities at an elderly woman who simply asked when her food would be ready. Screaming at me because HIS employees are lazy and threw my chili cheese fries in the bag sideways spilling them all over the bag and all over my burger which by the way had RAW bacon on it all the while verbally attacking my company because he doesn’t possess the life skills to deal with the public!!! The worst owner of an establishment I have ever had the displeasure of coming in contact with!! @A&W, you should really consider disenfranchising the 12 Oaks Mall location.
