i originally gave this location five stars, but that was 6 years ago. since then, i’m not sure what has gone wrong. not only is this the FIFTH instance i’ve ordered a mobile order and not gotten any of the sauces on my order and had to ring in for them, this time i didn’t get any utensils to eat with. i’m sorry but im not gonna eat with my hands. as a former sonic team member (not here) this appalls me to see such disorder and lacking customer service. of the three carhops i got (which ????) not one introduced themselves or showed any interest of even being there.

Long wait times. Food is ok just don’t order any kind of hot dog or corn dog after lunch because nine times out of ten you will get a green leftover weenie, or soggy corn dog. Food is also usually cold

Just tried to order my family some dinner and tried to pay with card and was told it wouldn’t go through. They took my food back and trashed it, instead of figuring out why their card reader wasn’t working, It wasn’t on my end for I had just used my card before coming here. Won’t be coming back.
