We came later in the day, few hours before close. The food is good and fresh. I really don’t understand how people are giving it 1 star, especially as of late. The restaurant is also clean, the food is restocked in a timely manner. They are understaffed at this location, but they do a very good job keeping it afloat. This is also my very first time trying Qdoba, and I enjoyed it.

I placed an order the app to pick up here using my T-Mobile promotion. When I went in to get my food they were hounding me about checking my email! Someone with a brain should know it’s not a coincidence you have an order for a person named Josie, and I come to pick up for Josie. Food was super cold as always, even at 10:45 in the morning.

Rude and dirty I would give no stars if possible. I travel all over the U.S., Qdoba is one of my favorites but this one took the cake. More expensive, manager and staff were extremely rude and the place was dirty. I do not recommend.

Staff was polite, but the entire place was filthy. Starting with the trash on the entrance floor. Tables did not appear to be cleaned by Staff. The food stations where they make your food was dirty and covered with smears and food. The men’s bathroom had not appeared to have been cleaned in days. From what appeared to be dried blood on the walls, urine covered toilets and the urinal had not been cleaned in so long the urin has crystallized on the drain. The sink was covered in filth.

The food was definitely fresh but I was disappointed in the portion size. You can see that chips basically just covered the bottom of the bag. I ordered chips and salsa and did not get enough chips to eat all of the salsa. The bowl I also ordered seemed kind of sparse. I ordered vegetarian but barely got any lettuce. The service was kind of slow but not the worst. I don’t think I will choose to come back here but if my friends are going and invite me I would be okay with going.

The girl with short pink hair, that takes care of costumers and works at the food station, has got to be one of the rudest and most inconsiderate food workers I have seen in my life. From rolling her eyes for everything that I ordered, to slamming the food that I ordered on tables, and putting the wrong ingredients on my food.
