The cashier was very nice and when I picked up the food, the place looked like a great spot for a bite but today I ordered for pick-up. The teriyaki chicken has very little flavor and ZERO sauce. The meat and vegetables are boxed in what appears to be more of a watery soup than teriyaki sauce. I called to voice my concern over my order and asked if that was normal for their food and was told it was. I asked for a refund and was told they don’t do refunds but they could offer me a free meal next time. I appreciate the gesture but I think I’ll go elsewhere next time.

This is my favorite sushi place and it is always delicious. Every time I go decided to try something new as I Brong my boyfriend, wild man roll, and the sweet potato roll were delicious. Also had a classic California roll and love the scorpion. Service is always amazing and very nice.

Update: back in June 2023 and had their Japanese Noodle soup. Utterly ah-may-zing!! Beautiful flavor. Crab Ragoons were fair to middelin’ but it won’t lower my rating!!

I, along with a few of my co-workers and girlfriend visited Blue Flame a week ago. The staff was exceptional and the food was the very best Asian cuisine that I’ve ever had (coming from a guide that travels for a living). I recommend Blue Flame to anyone seeking genuine Asian cuisine within the United States.
