We have been here several times in the past couple months since it seems like it has new ownership and it has been very good. Service was good and food is fresh and the employees seem very nice. Definitely better than it used to be would definitely recommend checking it out with the newer ownership. Take out has been very good also.

I was told (ugh) they had a veggie burger. So not true. The only thing I could eat was a rubbery greasy grilled cheese, fries and a rotten tasting iced tea. It was a nasty taste.

It’s been awhile since I’ve been to a Steak N Shake, they have really gone downhill. Burgers were paper thin. Shakes were still good. Add some meat to those burgers.

Do not go to this location, they need new management and workers. The service was terrible. I should of walked out when I notice it was lunch time and it was not busy. They did not want to talk to customers and referred us to the kiosk. When I asked for something the lady acknowledged me and then walked to the back of the kitchen and proceeded to do something else. The bathrooms looked like they haven’t been cleaned in months. the chilli Mac looked like it was pre made and stired in a pot. Noodles where over cooked and chilli was cold. Also when did the bubble gum machines become 75 cents and stuff animals become bigger then the claw….

It was still the same quality food. Good burgers, great shakes. No wait staff anymore. You our your order into a kiosk when you walk through the door and then the call your name to get your food at the counter when it’s ready.
