I get it. You’re closing for a couple weeks to remodel. But you’re out of half of your food and put a roast beef sandwich on an onion bun? C’mon. I don’t ever get onions on my sandwiches wherever I go so having to scrape them off the bun and still taste them was terrible. And of course, the shake machine was already shut down before 8:00pm.

When I pulled up to the drive thru, I was informed that they were out of Roast Beef. Ordered one of the advertised burgers, curly fries and chocolate shake. Burger was burned, curly fries were good, but my shake was poison. I’m not sure if they didn’t remove the cleaner before starting to make shakes but on my first sip, it burned my mouth, and throat. Although I tried to spit out as much as possible, I still must have swallowed a little because I also had a stomach ache for the rest of the day and most of the night.

Lately everytime I’ve ordered its been wrong. Ordered through doordash and hour before closing. And literally my entire order was wrong. I asked for no ranch on my sandwich which I got anyway. Mozzarella sticks instead of fries a chocolate shake and a cherry turn over. I got ranch fries an apple turnover and no shake. Glad I wasted my money thanks guys

It’s been a while since we had Arby’s. Placed our order online and sent my husband to pick it up. 20 minutes after I placed the order and he got there, they said they didn’t get the order, even though my husband provided proof of confirmation e-mail and they had already been paid online. It took 30 minutes past the time my food was supposed to be ready for my husband to get the food. The food was mediocre at best. Definitely won’t be returning to this location.

The staff is always so unbelievably rude and lazy here!!!! I ordered a beef n cheddar one night about an hour before closing, they had already started breaking the kitchen down and apparently didn’t want to put the slicer back together so I got this disgusting chunk of meat. Do you think the manager did a single thing about it??? NOPE!
