Amazing food and service. I can’t remember my servers name but it started with an ‘A’. Anyways, she was great! Everything we ate was delicious and it came out hot and relatively quickly. Parking was fine for a Friday evening. It was busy but not overwhelming. The only con is the music, which is REALLY loud. Next time I’ll order takeout because the food is still worth getting.

Let me share with you a hidden gem of a restaurant that my girlfriend and I stumbled upon! We were both blown away by the amazing food and the portions were generous enough that we even had leftovers to enjoy later.

I visited the other location a few weeks ago and the food was bomb!!! So my friend and I decided to visit the other location. I must say the food was just as good. However the service was terrible it took forever for us to get seated and we waited almost an hour to get our food. They do not have chips and salsa like the other location so you’re just waiting on your food. The aesthetics outside is not the best but the inside is super cute and colorful. I love that they had the history of the restaurant inside. I’d say maybe get it to-go. We had the Birria quesadilla and for dessert the churros all were amazing.

We took the family out for back to school dinner..and we’re super impressed on the quality of food. The service was not so great, however we got a small heads up from the waiter…who was so-so in serving. We visited the both locations …we couldnt get into the post oak location due to parking and wait time ( over 1.5 hr quoted).. The pictures here are from the Washington spot. Would visit again this location… just not with entirely family..maybe a good date night. The size of the food was enormous! Check it out if you are looking for good latin food! You’ll see the Birria Pizza, Surf & turf burito, loaded Shrimp and steak fries….limeaids.

Had a lunch date here last Thursday around 1:30 pm and the place was fairly empty. We immediately sat down and we’re able to order. Let me start by saying if you’re looking for authentic Mexican food, this may not be the place for you. I ordered the strawberry/ pineapple Agua Fresca. It was extremely sweet and although it was good, it was not fresh. It was obvious that a syrup of some kind was used to make the drink. Again, there was nothing wrong with it, but if you’re looking for a fresher option, this is not it. I loved the presentation of it though, it was really cute.

The food was excellent! It was my first time trying birria beef enchiladas. I highly recommend it. The waiter seemed a little impatient, but the atmosphere was good.

Welcoming and fun restaurant, but service was very slow with some wait staff standing around looking lost and overwhelmed. Once we were seated, it took 15 min to receive chips with salsa, another 15 to take our order, 15 min to receive drinks, which came out two at a time. And an hour to receive our food. Had to keep reminding the waiter to bring requested items. Drinks were okay, but again, slow coming out so only ordered one Henny Island. I recommend ordering your drink on the rocks instead of frozen. The night we went their frozen drink machine was down. Service was so slow some people were walking out. I ordered the Birria Tacos plate and food was okay. I asked one of the waiters was this the first time they were busy and he told me no and that they are always busy on a Friday night.

Service was not good. Our waiter didn’t get our appetizers in. Maybe he couldn’t hear us over the loud music. Order a strawberry lemonade and it was pure sugar. Too sweet to drink. Had to add water to it for it to be manageable since there are no refunds or exchanges on food or drinks .

WOW WOW WOW – I’m speechless. My brother and I found this place on an IG food page and decided to check it out. Personally, I was hesitant because of the 4 star rating, but I gave in….and I’m very happy I did. I’m not sure how this place isn’t 5 stars. The food portion sizes for the price – babyyyyy it was worth it. The agua frescas – so so delicious. And the service by JMARRA was 100/100. I honestly can’t complain. The birria tacos, quesadillas, the chips and salsa, the surf and turf egg rolls, bacon wrapped jalapeño poppers, the street tacos. The story behind this placed was an added bonus – touched my heart and it is great to see family continuing the legacy.
