Worst Chipotle in the Wichita Metro area. No excuse for having not gotten it together after several years. Today stopped by for chips and guacamole and literally the guacamole was so oxidized it was brown and less than appealing looking. It should never have been served like this. I asked if I could have fresh and they said they did not have any more. Management is never on site and employees are always short staffed and struggling to keep up. Just needs to close down and stop taking peoples hard earned money

This is the 3rd time Derby Chipotle has let me down. The first time, we placed an online order, it confirmed the order, took our money and even sent a notification that it was ready. We pull up to the restaurant and there’s a note on the door that they are temporarily closed. Second time, ordered lunch from this location and the food was salty, the rice was crunchy, and it just wasn’t good. This 3rd and final time, I seriously thought I had an enemy working there because my food tasted like someone opened a container of salt and dumped it all over the bowl. Not sure who was cooking over the weekend but WOW! The entire meal was trashed. I tried to contact the store and the Chipotle company for a refund but they don’t have an easy way to actually talk to someone to get my money back. I got a robo chat named Pepper that promised to notify the store about my experience. I probably won’t be returning to this location.

Very irritated. Placed online order totaling almost 70 dollars, arrived to pick up order to find machines had went down and they can’t see order.. so since they have already taken my money I figured I could just show the conformation email with order and they could make it that way … nope … manager sent out employee to tell customers they need to call refund number to get a refund and then if we would like to place an order to get back in line and do so ….. so they can charge me 70 again for an order I already paid for and wouldn’t be able to use our free Chipotle entrée we used on the previous order ….. manager wouldnt even come out to talk ….. so done with derby Chipotle.. given this place atleast 5 chances and something somehow always end up wrong ..

On two separate occasions they incorrectly made the simplest item on the menu. I didn’t write a review the first time granting them it was a mistake. Congratulations for incorrectly making a cheese quesadilla (flour tortilla, melted Monterey cheese) twice on two separate occasions you forgot one step of the two step process: cheese.

Big fan of Chipotle but today was VERY disappointing!! I ordered 2 bowls online with extra everything like we usually do and they’re packed full every time but not today! They usually so packed full I’d have leftovers for the next day but today we must have gotten someone feeling stingy on toppings and meat! Guess don’t order on the app and just go inside and watch them make it so you get the amount you want!
