Food is very affordable and the bubble tea is perfect. I would definitely come again whenever I visit the Brooklyn cat cafe. I highly recommend the spring rolls, pork bahnmi and beef pho.

Just a place if you are too hungry and want some pho. The taste is just ok. Service is not provided.

I ordered an extra spicy vegan tofu banh mi. The tofu wasn’t cooked (I expected it to be baked or fried) and it wasn’t spicy (only had sriracha and jalapeño).

Food is decent. Not the best vietnamese food I’ve had (but frankly hard to find that in the city outside of Queens) but for the price it’s worth it. Good bubble tea flavors and pearls. Good selection of vegetarian tofu, veggies and seitan options. Atmosphere isn’t great because it’s a bit cluttered. Wouldn’t recommend for a date but for a quick stop, it’s perfect.

Love the banh mi, vermicelli salads here. Highly recommend the classic banhmi and grilled pork or chicken vermicelli. Drinks are average, recommend the passionfruit ice tea. Nice workers, food comes out fast, clean. More seating upstairs.

Hands down the best place in Brooklyn for a Banh Mi or Pho. The meats are always bbq’d/grilled to perfection and the veggies are always fresh and pickled perfectly. The pork and chicken over rice are very good as well. Service is always fast and nice. Both locations on Smith and Montague are worth a swing and it’s awesome that they have reward cards.

The beef pho does not have those delicious and tender thin slices of beef, but rather chewy, dark colored pieces of meat and scattered translucent bits of cartilage and connective tissue. Broth lacks flavor and the noodles taste straight out of a plastic package. The vibe upstairs during weekday lunch hour is somewhat depressing– no music or ambient sounds besides the coughing and breathing of lonely diners. I think their bahn mi is supposed to be good, but the pho is a pho pas. If you don’t happen to finish it, next to the trash there is a basin with strainer in it in which to pour your “excess soup.” (barf!) It also costs $14.70

So delicious hancos is one of my favorite places! They’ve raised their prices pretty drastically over the years though sadly. Sandwiches used to be around 7 bucks and they used to have a small sized bubble tea that was cheaper. Occasionally they cut down on the quantity of protein in the sandwich. So delicious though I keep coming back!
