I gave this location 2 stars because the pizza wasn’t that great and the customer service was rude. The employee had a very sour look om her face and when I ordered my pizza she gave me a very quick response and pulled my pizza out of the pizza warmer and pretty much dropping it on the counter and pushed it at me and then turned and walked away. I’ve witnessed this particular employee interview several different ppl and I’m thinking she might be the owner but is not very nice. I wouldn’t recommend working at this location at all. If it wasn’t for the other employees that have helped me I’m the past who happen to be very nice I wouldn’t go to this location.

Let me just start by saying that the food was good. That being said, the service was awful. I ordered the thin crust pepperoni that’s $7.49 and I asked how much it would be for extra cheese, the kid said it would be a dollar extra. When I paid, it was a different story. Instead of 8.49, it rang up as 11.49. Then he was not happy about having to issue a refund, mind you he hadn’t been even a little bit friendly the entire time. Anyways, I got refunded to my card and had to place a whole new order, without extra cheese. Then to top it all off he didn’t even get my name right. I’ll be going to another location next time.

Glad this one was open. Palomar location I went to was closed early due to a few employees showing up to work. The people were not wanting to be of any service so i googled next location on hst broadway and it was on . Thanks !

Don’t even bother ordering online. I’ve been waiting for 25 min now after the time it says it was ready in the “pizza portal.” At this moment I’m writing this inside the store there is 5 people here and they don’t even have regular hot pizzas ready to pick up. It is not even busy. I even ordered a Sierra mist and what do you know, they don’t have any whatsoever. No one has talked to me and see if I needed anything while I wait. Don’t bother with this place.
