In my opinion this is one of the best overall restaurants in the North Shore. Whether you’re going on a date or family, it never disappoints. The mussels are probably the best appetizer to have, make sure you order a lot of bread and a spoon because you will want to sink the bread in the delicious sauce and eat it like a soup. The atmosphere is very casual. Highly recommended!

Probably one of the best seafood restaurants in Cape Ann. The oysters and shrimp cocktail are some of the best raw bar items I’ve ever had. The Thai coconut curry mussels are a must try. The tacos were a bit salty though. Make sure to come here for a nice view with fresh seafood.

One of my favorite restaurants for a special dinner! My family all loves it here. I’m a big fan of the mussels and the oysters. I sometimes have to stop myself from drinking the mussel sauce as a soup it’s soo flavorful! Definitely save room for their desserts too!

Dinner for 3, at 1830. King Ralph was out waiter, it was Halloween. Ordered the lobster carbona and the fried calms. Dessert was a pumpkin cranberry cheesecake and a figgy pudding. Dinner was great and dessert was tasty. Great ambience, not loud at all. Clean restaurant.

First time visiting the beautiful town of Essex! We sat at the bar and has the best experience with Ali, the bartender! Ordered clams, oysters, mussels, lobster carbonara and tacos with a bottle of wine! Everything was absolutely delicious, Ali was an incredible bartender, and the atmosphere was stellar. Would highly recommend this spot if you’re passing through or visiting for the weekend.

I’ve been to CK Pearl twice and I would go back again. The food is pretty good, especially considering all the other choices around are fried this and fried that. It’s a welcome change. They accommodated my gluten free guests without problem both times. Excellent service too.

We had a great meal here, good cocktails, and fine service. The full bellied clams were recommended, and very yummy. They also have smoker, and served great smoked brisket, the ribs are probably also good ! A pleasant surprise, as we expected only a seafood focus. Would recommend !
