Ribs were cooked perfectly but I was expecting a more authentic Texas style BBQ flavor being in Texas. The food was a little generic. Not much flavor to the brisket, I’m assuming a lower quality brisket is used. Seasoning on the brisket was nearly non-existent. Seasoning on the ribs were good but still not much smoke flavor at all to the meats. If you want an authentic Texas BBQ joint, this is not the place for you. The price is right and the service was good and the portions were big for the price you pay, the food just left a little to yearn for.
