Need to remove the advertisements from the pickup window and fix the bell. Drove up and sat there for at least 10 minutes and ended up having to knock on the window in order for someone to come to the window. And when I got my salad out of the bag they pulled off the front label so I’m not even sure if it’s even still fresh.

Worst experience from this store ever! My wife and I ordered the cheesy bread, a buffalo chicken sandwich, a few sauces, and a 2L Dr. Pepper at 20:14pm… After placing our order for delivery in the mobile app, we waited over 1 hour for our order (quoted as 45-55 minutes) and decided to call the location. When I asked how much longer the order would take, he said it would be another hour and a half till it was delivered (Who the heck eats at nearly 11 pm in the evening (except drunk college kids ON A WEEKDAY?!), citing that there was only 2 drivers and 8 orders ahead of mine amnd that they only throw the orders in the oven when they have a driver available… Honestly, not my problem… When I asked what they would do to fix it (refund or give me something complimentary for the hastle… SOMETHING). He said that if he refunded the order, he would cancel it. When asked if he’d throw in some kind of dessert or something for the inconvenience, he said no. I then tell him to refund my delivery fee and I will come to pick up the order. He tells me he’d have to refund the order then charge my card again for the amount without the delivery fee. Great… Now we risk my card being declined for suspicious activity. So now, my wife and I are hungry as heck and to make things worse I have to drop what I’m doing, to go pick up what should be a delivery order… All because their drivers can’t seem to efficiently navigate a small “country” town? Get real… It takes 5 minutes to prepare the order and 5 minutes for the delivery to be made. There is only ONE stoplight towards where I was located, and it is regularly green in that direction. Even when it isn’t, it is incredibly quick to change. The last insult is that the sandwich was sub-par compared to other locations I’ve ordered from. It’s even sub-par compared to other orders I’ve made with THIS location in the past!

Hubby and I in town for a weekend getaway. We ordered from this Dominos twice. Each time our experience was outstanding. Our pizzas were great, got the dipping sauces we paid for. Delivery was fast and hot. These guys, Elijah and Tanner, have got it down!

Person who answered the call was sweet, manager wasn’t. Accidentally entered the wrong number and the driver never showed up. Tried to make it right but then they wouldn’t. At least got my money back, but hey. Whatever. I tried to offer to tip the driver extra is they went back out, but just waste the food I guess.

They can sometimes make the pizza great, then other days they burn the thin crust pizzas. I’ve had my pizza remade twice.. I ordered Today an called the store manager to make sure my pizza is great. I’ll go an pick up to see if today is great or not.

As someone who actually works here, it’s hard to not be biased. But without a doubt in my mind I can say that this is some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. Excellent service coupled with great personality from the workers made my visit to this domino’s probably the best in the state of Louisiana.

I ordered hot wings. They were good but needed just a few more minutes to crisp the skin. It was a little frustrating picking up my order. I waited at the first window and no one helped me. I went to the second window and there was a note saying I shouldn’t be there unless an employee advised me to pull around. Then by the time I get back to the first window, three cars were in front of me.

My mother recently ordered a pizza from here and they definitely did not put the marinara sauce on it like they were supposed to. Also her card was hacked shortly after the purchase, as she hadn’t used her card for days beforehand. This happened the same day of the purchase. Either the man at the window copied her card and used it or their system security is incredibly faulty.
