Kind and helpful staffs with my peanut and tree nut allergy. Chicken lettuce wraps (picture) for an appetizer were very flavorful and delicious. I had the ma po tofu and it was pretty good. I would have preferred smaller chunks of tofu, but it was still very tasty and seasoned well.

The service at this place was great but the food was average at best. This was my first time here and I expected a lot more than what it actually was, my friends tell me the food at the Troy location is better. The food isn’t if the best quality and the taste isn’t as great as it seems. I tried a bit of everything and it was all okay. The salmon wasn’t great, it had a strong fishy taste to it, which throws me off when I eat salmon. Also the pepper steak tasted like beef jerky and it was very chewy. Everything else was okay, I thought the calamari and the chocolate cake they have for dessert were the best things.

AMAZING customer service!! Placed a to-go order of spicy chicken, when I got home I opened my order and it was beef. I called the restaurant and Kim immediately refunded me and apologized profusely. It really wasn’t that big of a deal to me, I just wanted to make them aware. Not only did Kim completely refund me, she called me back about five minutes later and offered to deliver the correct order to me, free of charge. I already started making food at home, so I declined, but WOW! What an incredibly nice gesture. Thank you, Kim, and the rest of the PF Changs staff! Top notch customer service, seriously.
