YESSSS, it’s a Food Truck w/100 rating!!! They are doing amazingly well, hack better than these darn restaurants. They are fresh and the food was so good . I’ve never had Brirra tacos and I googled some locations… this came highly recommended. Even though they where 30 minutes from me, I live good food the Owner was really hospitable and recommended some great food choices. The potions were great and the condiments were fresh and plentiful. I’d definitely recommend. They get really busy. The owner suggested calling ahead especially since I live a distance. After my trip from Cali I was looking for a good spot to get birria from because in California taco trucks and taco restaurants are everywhere. I searched everywhere in Charlotte and found the perfect one (Taqueria El Gavilan) ever since coming here I haven’t even searched for another place because of how good this place is. I’ve been here so many times and I can’t believe I haven’t even left a review yet but the food is always amazing, always fresh and literally the only spot people should be going to for birria and their food in general. Best Birria tacos I’ve had in Concord and I’ve tried several places. My son always gets the chicken quesidilla and loves it! I was going to take a picture but I was hungry and forgot lol Definitely worth a try if you’re in Concord!

Best birria in the area!! Oh my gosh!! So so good!! The portions, flavor, and consome makes this place a 10/10. Highly recommend!! (Make sure to bring cash though, did wish they did Apple Pay or square pay)

Food was very delicious and the presentation is way better than other places… although I must say some of the previous reviews hypes up the taste. I will definitely go back but do yourself the justice of trying without the high hopes from the other reviews.

I love me a good food I really enjoy hispanic foods. This was my first food truck steak Quesadilla. It was also the best tasting not to mention looking Quesadilla ive had. The service was fast and friendly. The menu was very affordable.
