The food is always so good. I had a bacon cheeseburger today, and they make the best ones. My favorite thing to get from the jug is their black raspberry flavored infused ice cream. I tried their funnel cake fries, and they were pretty good. Most of the food they serve is really good. They always seem to be busy when we stop, but they are able to move customers through pretty quickly. The staff that work there always greet you with a smile and are super friendly.I wish they were open all year round. I’m sure opening day can be pretty overwhelming because I know that they are bust from the moment they open.

Our family absolutely loves to come here for ice cream. They do serve food items for meals, but we go there for dessert. They have a variety of ice cream treats. We highly recommend the Jug. You eat outside by the river. Absolutely beautiful.

The Jug is a must-visit in the MOV. The ice cream (and food) in combination with the view of the river is a feeling not often found. Sunset is always the best time to visit; you are greeted with a stunning view of the Ohio river and, if you’re lucky, boats of all sizes passing by. Their hot fudge milkshake is to die for!

Great place for a relaxing meal and some great ice cream. Building is decorated with paintings on the outside of riverboats and old muscle cars. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The food is prepared quite quickly and is packaged considerately. All dining areas are outdoor picnic tables. There are covered shelters and benches. Amazing views of the Ohio river. Barges pass on the river within 200 feet of you awesome to watch.
