The sole purpose for a McDonald’s is fast service. People don’t come here for quality food. They come for the quick service since they are in a hurry. Otherwise they would go to a sit down quality restaurant. There was nobody at the cash register, which I needed for a special order due to allergies. Nobody ever show up so I placed the order on the computer giving special orders due to allergy. Order took 20 minutes to come out and it was wrong. It took another 10 minutes to get the correct order out. I arrived late to my meeting. Last time I ever come to this McDonald’s. If you’re in a hurry I recommend you go to Chick Fil-A because they get their orders right and fast.

I didn’t eat the food (picked it up for someone else), so I can’t rate the quality. Drive thru was around building, so I went inside. No one staffing the front counter, so I had to wait. Once staffed, it took a while for service. I ordered a burger, fries and a drink. The next person ordered a fish sandwich. I would have thought my order would have come out first, but no. Small fender bender in parking lot seemed to distract employees (4 to 5 if them came out to lobby to look. My order finally came, but it seemed like it took longer than necessary.

It’s McDonald’s, I feel like we all know what that means. Food was fine, service was fine, atmosphere was fine. If prices continue to go up then it will be…not fine. You can’t charge over $10 for a simple fast food meal when you can get more food and way better quality at chipotle. But hey, it McDonald’s. It’s fine.

I had ordered a medium caramel frappe and when I received it had came with no whipped cream or caramel and I was told this is how it comes . I have always gotten caramel frappe and it has always come with it and when I told them they offered to give it to me for a 5 dollar fee. I left I had a terrible experience.

I’ve visited this McDonald’s regularly but for the last year or so, this store’s quality on some of the menu items has gone downhill, specifically chicken nuggets and fries. Sometimes fry containers are only half-full (see recent photo). Paid for a large and basically was given a small. Nugget quality is inconsistent at best. They’re often hard or stale and taste several hours old…especially if you order them during slow periods or late at night. I understand managers or the owner wants to cut down on waste but shouldn’t at the expense of quality. I’ve completed several surveys complaining about this recurring issue but haven’t noticed any significant changes.

Since when did the price of McNuggets go from $5.99 to $6.79 and look at my image and how thin they now are. I’m done with McDonalds and their high-end prices for low quality food. I also own stock and it will be sold after the next earnings release on 7/23. It took this store over seven minutes to get my order and bear in mind I was the only person in line. I should have took a picture of the 90.0 restaurant rating. I can tell you I run a restaurant and a 90 means you are filthy..Just that simple.
