Went for the grand reopening, wasn’t the worst pizza I’ve ever had, both pizzas were borderline incinerated, new loaded tots had seared cheese with raw bacon. Buffalo chicken was missing Buffalo sauce and had random pineapple on it. Wasnt the worst, but wasn’t that far above freezer pizza.

Ordered dominos yesterday. Went to pick it up and was surprised with the quality of the pizza compare to the last time we ordered (before the changing in management). The pizza was on time (we did window pick up), warm and they weren’t being stingy with the toppings at all.

Since the grand re-opening this Domino’s has been consistently excellent, no matter what crust we’ve ordered (we’ve done the thin & crispy, hand tossed and pan- they’ve each been done perfectly and tasted excellent). Sorry no pics to post- it was all eaten too quickly 🙂

Showed up on 8/6/23 and just received the worst service of my life. Sat in the drive through for 10 minutes and rang the doorbell multiple times with no response. Drove around the building to go inside and mind you, no customers were in the building, and an employee was standing outside. I asked the employee if anyone was inside and waved my hands, everything to get his attention and was blatantly ignored. I called the store right after to complain and the woman who answered the phone was very rude and disrespectful and hung up on me. I’ll never go back and spread the word to everyone I know how terrible my service was. I wanted to give this place another chance after people found cockroaches in their food and that was obviously a mistake.

I tried to order online, but it wouldn’t take the coupon code for the fundraiser deal I was supposed to be able to use. So I called the number for my store and was routed to an ordering call center, which didn’t know how to use my fundraiser code either. So they transferred me to the store twice (and hung up on me the first time). The guy at my local store didn’t have a clue how to take an order for a pizza, was not familiar with the Dominos menu, and did not know how to use the fundraiser card BOGO code either! When I went to pick up the order, it was incorrect, and the cashier was rude both about me using my fundraiser card and about messing up my order! NOT a good experience at all. I do not recommend the Wooster Beall Ave Domino’s specifically, or Dominos in general.

Had a coupon for pizza.. 2 for $5.99 I believe and I also had a $10 gift card. I used the app to order my pizzas and they were both spot on what I ordered. The place was clean and the staff helpful. See no reason why I won’t order again soon. They even have a little place to sit while you wait.

delivery driver was on point food was great only issue was ordered buffalo sauce with wings and garlic for pizza we received everything even sauces didn’t order but didn’t get buffalo sauce that we ordered called in and guy answered phone was very loud rude the the manager in back saying we didn’t order buffalo she was looking at order so i got receipt and went online she was wrong and she hung up on me so called back the main manager answered and talked kindly explaining there wasn’t a driver there to bring sauce which was fine they could of explained that not called us liars and being very rude…. the second manager or lead was very kind and polite…
