Essentially every table is dirty, staffing is clearly low and miserable, service was not welcoming or friendly at all (same guy we’ve gotten in past visits, always stepping away to take phone calls when people are waiting to order), and they’re running THE FREAKING HEATER! It’s August in Florida! They obviously don’t care what they’re doing in there and the environment is such a turn off that I lost my appetite just being in there.

Arrived around 7:30. closes at 10:00. Service was very fast. Food-the gr. beef appeared very old and greasy. In the dining area they were removing the chip salsas already and the teas. They were put on the counter-out of refrigeration and no sneeze guards. Floor mats picked up off of the wet floor and placed in a booth (hope they sanitize that seat-bet they don’t). West side windows so filthy you could not see out, fit right in with the ambiance of this place-really run down.

I ordered online and paid 94 dollars for an order and got charged an extra 106 for no reason. I was told I ordered twice and that they gave me an order that had queso in it, which I never ordered so they can only refund me the 94. I called again and was called a liar and that the order they gave me had queso in it and that I was the one who “ordered twice”. I only got one bag of food and the receipt said I paid 94 not 106. Horrible customer service and no responsibility taken for a mistake on their end.

Not what it used to be. But I had not eaten there in over 3+ years. They have done away with the avocado lime sauce as well. It was one of the only reasons I went there. When I asked for it, the employee looked at me like I was from another time. That I had time traveled from the past. They were like, ” Wow, been awhile since you’ve been here,” lol.

Food was quickly made, but skimpy on fillings and all the rice was piled on one side of my stacker and my wife’s burrito. We sat to eat and as the meal went on, we slowly started looking around at the cleanliness of this place…which it was not at all. Every surface had food and splatters on it. The table, benches, napkin holders, walls, salsa counter, floor. Even the coke machine screen was covered in some mystery goop. Half the salsa was empty and what was left tasted watery and old. As we were cleaning up, an employee brought out a “new” bowl of salsa, dripping all over the place. He proceeded to scrape the old, watery salsa that was remaining in the bottom of the original salsa bowl right on top of the “new” one he brought out. Making a huge mess in the process. Didn’t seem to concern him. Hope we don’t get sick after eating there. Absolutely nasty.

Horrible burrito for almost $18 because I asked for half tofu and half chicken. The burrito was tasteless. The menu has been diminished to basically 3 options and the whole place has a dead vibe. Go to the other Mexican restaurants and you will be much better off!

Ordered for pickup at this Moe’s location and my order was done perfectly and ready on the pickup shelf when I got there. Definitely a smooth experience. Staff was friendly and acknowledged me right as I walked in. Was in and out in less than 10 seconds with my food. Will definitely be using this Moe’s again in the future!
