We will never eat at Hanks again! And we had loved that place. There was a worker who became hostile toward us to the point where I called the cops because he wouldn’t give us our money back after we waited 45 minutes for food that we never got. Finally got it resolved after he made our 2 kids leave the store, who were just standing there. We were being nice. Will post video if I’m able.

This place is outright gross. Think they forgot to put sauce on their pizza. Food tastes salty and cheap. Low quality cheese. Worst pizza in Bloomington and that’s saying something considering all of the competition. If you’re feeling hungry check the nearest dumpster before going here.

Whenever I’m visiting home I always try to explore what has changed in Bloomington since I’d been back. I was told that Aver’s Pizza East had closed down and was being taken over by “endeavor(s) food corp” and it honestly saddened me. How could a big name corporation take over a staple on the east side of Bloomington? No matter, I still wanted to try it. They seemed to believe in their business model and I always LOVE a good pizza.

Hanks pizza owned by WOW food group and endeavor is one of the worst people to work for. They will lie, manipulate, and blame everyone else for the horrible management they have. What kind of idiots have two people in the kitchen for an opening day dinner rush who don’t know the menu. The expect failure and say it’s “great to fall on your face” the company is a joke ran by two stoned children Sam and Mike Ross. I really want to try this place, but had technology issues. The website was not taking orders. Called to verify that it was open, and it was. Called back shortly afterwards 3 times. No one picked up one time, and it went to voicemail like they were closed the other two times. Looks like good food.

I thought they were keeping the same things as Swing In Pizza. But the food was nowhere near that. My husband’s wings very little sauce on them, and he even cooked them longer once we got home. I barely ate 1/3 of my Stromboli that I got. (The whole reason we went here) it was nasty, and I couldn’t eat it. It was not a Stromboli it was more of a sub. Plus, I asked for extra pickles and didn’t receive them. Definitely not almost $50 worth of food.
