Wanted a jamoca shake for an evening treat but at 9:22 pm they weren’t available. Looks like someone broke down the shake machine too early. Also the slider and curly fries we ordered were barely warm. I used to work at arbys when i was as teenager never did we close the milkshake machine early or serve cold fries a half hour before closing. Super disappointing but that’s the way it had been for the last few years of ordering anything there. Won’t be going back anytime soon.

Terrible food quality. Took one bite and threw the whole sandwich away. Employees should learn to take a little pride in their work. Did at least get courteous service, so that’s a minor point in their favor.

Food was pretty cold. Ordered a large curly got a medium (ordered a medium as well) ordered a large vanilla shake and got a small as well as a medium blueberry lemonade also received a small.

I ordered a fruit punch and when I get home I see it’s blue ? My husband drank half of it before I called and found out it was a power drink. My husband has had 7 heart attacks and isn’t supposed to drink that. I’m NOT to happy with the Wabash store. Bring back Pat! Best manager ever.
