Upon receiving my pick-up order, I find both pizzas burned. After already losing 50 minutes waiting for my order, I refuse to lose anymore time and demanded a refund. There is no excuse for this, with over 10 employees behind the counter, they should have quality control perfected. Unfortunately the manager was too busy making change for drivers’ tips at the register.

Placed an order for 1 medium two topping pizza at 8:52PM with a delivery window of 27-33 minutes. As of 10:04PM, I still have not received the pizza nor have I had any correspondence from the store. I called the number listed for the manager and also the store location 4 times and not once was able to get a hold of anyone. I even waited almost an additional 15 min on the call to see if anyone would pick up – nothing. Poorest, slowest service ever. This was on a Wednesday night, I can’t imagine how slow they would be on a weekend. Will not be ordering again and highly recommend you don’t waste your time with this location.

Terrible pizza complete waste of money and food. Pizza arrived with raw dough and ingredients spilling out. All the cheese and sauce arrived spilling out with no design. Barely any chicken and ham on the pizza. The other thin pizza was the size of a child’s personal pizza and was missing pieces and cut in a crazy design. Needless to say I’ll never buy another domino’s pizza again after this service. This has happened multiple times at multiple locations in south Florida and there is always an issue with their pizza.

Not even lying right now but EVERY single time I come to this dominos, They mess up my order!! Please explain to me how you mess up a pizza TWICE??! This happened today (5/20/23) I truly want to understand how you mess up 1 pizza while making it, then remake it and mess that one up too. they should keep the bad one next to the New one they’re making for reference on what NOT to do.. Just received my order at 8:45 PM after placing the order at 5:45 pm of course it arrived cold and when I ask the driver why the delay he said no one wanted to take this delivery. This is a perfect example of poor management and I will avoid ordering from Domino in the future.

Went in to pick up an online order and was not acknowledged by staff for 10 minutes. Myself and 6 other guests waited for something more than eye contact from one staff member. Eventually we were each addressed and given our food. None of these people had on gloves hairnets, anything. The pizza was good though.
