I placed a large catering order for pick-up. I was so impressed with the way Ashley & team were hustling. They were incredibly busy but remained cool & professional. They were a very well oiled machine. If it takes a few minutes before you get your food, you need to go inside and see the crew working their behinds off. They are working hard. The party boxes I picked up were so well received that I placed another order for the next day. Hats off to Ashley & team. You guys are amazing!!

Be prepared to wait 3-5 minutes to be able to give your order at the drive thru. Apparently only one person can take orders and give it to the car in front of you. I assume it’s quicker to go inside. Just ridiculous.

I love Jimmy John’s but cannot stand this location. The people working there are extremely rude, the order is wrong almost every single time and the bread, which is the one thing this sandwich place has going for it, is often stale. And whatever you do, DO NOT order for delivery – you won’t see your food for hours. I don’t have any of these issues at any other Jimmy John’s location. This one is unique in its absolute awfulness. I avoid it at all costs.

My only complaint about this location is they don’t use the pickup shelf for online orders. I’ve experienced this all ~5 times I’ve ordered at this location. When I arrive to get my order, I have to stand in line behind all the people ordering at the counter and then ask for mine, which is always ready and sitting behind the register. Online orders take 30 mins to fill and I have to drive to the store anyway…might as well order at the counter and get in in 2 mins.

To prevent customers from questioning the restaurant’s cleanliness standards: The employees should wear gloves at all times. Even at the drive through window. The owner/manager and staff know why I’m suggesting this. It is unsettling.

This is the worst Jimmy John’s location. Every time I go there was always something. I went tonight and waited in the drive-through for 10 minutes and no one answered. It says the hours are open until 9 PM. I went at 8:30 and could not get service. When I pulled around the worker was sitting at the table on their phone. Please do something about your customer service at this location.

I always order and refer friends to this location because of the taste, quality, and prompt delivery service. Today my order arrived almost 50 mins from the time I was notified it was out for delivery! I was very disappointed with my overall experience. I requested my sandwich to be cut in half and it was not cut. The sandwich didn’t taste as fresh as it normally does and the timing was awful. I understand staffing shortages, however that has nothing to with the quality. I am faithful customer that was very unpleased on today.

I ordered a Sandwich from them it came with nothing but cheese, like… A LOT of cheese and little to no meat. I reach out to corporate about it and they said “well there’s nothing we can do” other locations don’t serve you a sandwich like that… trust me we have a few around this area. If you look at my photo any normal person can tell there’s an excessive amount of cheese!
