I normally Love Hardee’s, but today was not good. They only had one cook soo there was quite a wait. The wait would have been fine if the food were good. I got the double bacon egg and cheese biscuit. I do ‘t even think there was a whole egg on it and the bacon was so chewy. It was hard to eat.

Ridiculous. At least five customers told to pull over and wait for orders. Ordered fries and milkshake and had to wait forever. They finally came out and offered this. I told them I was coming in to get my money back and the woman working actually asked me what was wrong. Unbelievable.

Went here for lunch while traveling. The food was decent, but everything else was not good. There were not enough employees working, the girl at the register did not know what she was doing and needed more training. The guy who took over for her had an attitude with customers. The bathroom was a filthy mess. The dining tables were dirty. Whoever owns/manages this place needs to work on his crew. I will say the manager who was working was friendly and trying, and I don’t blame her for the problems.

I’ve never felt so bad for an employee in my life. We came thru the drive thru and we’re waiting 10+ minutes for our food. Biscuits were overcooked, egg was almost non existent. Was very frustrated with the excessive only to find there was literally ONE SINGLE PERSON working. She was trying to run the counter, the drive thru AND prepare all the food. Management should be ashamed for not stepping in to help or closing the store due to staffing issues. The woman was apologetic and incredibly kind, and quite possibly having her worst day at work in her life.

We waited 20 minutes from the time on our receipt to get a wrong order. A lady next to me waited longer because she is still waiting as i write this. The bathroom is one of the worst ive seen as the only TP is on the floor and The bathroom clearly hasn’t been checked on for a while as there’s a lot of trash.

Food is wonderful, but slow coming out of the kitchen. I know the staff there is trying to get it right, and they are very friendly and also apologetic about the speed of order filling. I understand that everybody is short staffed. No one wants to work nowadays. Thanks to those that are working. Good job. Isn’t that what our young people need to hear constantly. Participation ribbons all around.

Hardee’s one of the few places serving good old-fashioned tasting burgers. But let’s face it ever since the covid scare all restaurants with a drive-thru but drive-thru service priority One and interior eating priority to and they all seem to be understaffed as if they are still not open to the public inside, doesn’t matter where you go.

The restaurant was filthy the bathroom was flooded. It was 315 pm and they were slow. Had jot been cleaned since breakfast or possibly before that. Never again will we eat there again. $15.48 was a waste.

Stopped for the 599 combo bout 650 pm and the young gu was short with me and rude . The double cheeseburger had to have been nuked because bread was tough and fries like been sitting around and reheated up . A big waste of my hard earned money for nasty food and service. Will not go back
