I do not recommend this place to anyone on a budget, cause you wont get too far with this menu an prices. It was a busy Saturday, so the wait time was longer than usual. For 2 adults an small kido it was almost 40$, an that included 1 soda with the kids meal. After patiently waiting for the food to be ready, finally it was my turn. Name called ran up grabbed food, went home an enjoyed the hot food. I had the BBQ Chicken off the menu with the macaroni salad an of course rice. That is what you see in one of the pictures the other picture is of the drink station inside the restaurant. Portions were ok, everything tasted good. Service was ok. Restaurant was cleaner than it was the previous time I was here.

Great food! I liked this one out of 2 other locations I’ve been to (though in Los Angeles). Everything was fresh tasting and juicy meat. Big rice portions. Space was clean and plenty of seating. Will be back again when I need to eat filling Hawaiian food.

Great food and decent price! Service is a bit slow as they don’t make it til you order it. Portion size for their chicken katsu was massive to me. It justifies the $10.99 well worth it.

For the most part, I like L&L barbecue, and I’ve given far better reviews at other locations.. But this was the least Hawaiian, least friendly L&L barbecue I’ve ever visited. It was cold in terms of temperature and atmosphere. The lady in line in front of me left without being served. I was not greeted at the counter, and was barely acknowledged when my food was ready for pick up. I’m not sure I’ll be visiting this location again.

A little pricey compared to other L&L locations. However a little nicer environment and does not use paper takeout plates. The portions are generous as usual for L&L. Had the BBQ mix for about $15. L&L is one of my favorite eating places in Hawaii, but they have more locations there.

Hawaiian comfort food. This store is always clean and the service is friendly. Check the daily specials board when you go in. I’ll never understand the Spam fixation, but the rest of menu is great. If all else fails they offer a cheeseburger as a back-up plan.

Great food, huge portions, reasonable prices, and friendly staff. Interior isn’t the cleanest – all that sticky sauce tends to leave a residue lol. But their mac salad is the best! And they have lumpia and lots of other good stuff.
