my sister and I stopped there for the first.we wanted celebrate a special occasion..it was so beautiful and peaceful.great bartender and I hope I don’t mess this up her name was sassy.she made me a delicious watermelon drink.and we just happened to come at happy hour.the food is 50% off.everything was delicious! Sassy made us feel right at home.we shall return!!

Excellent hidden gem. Ambience was perfect looking over the lake. Server was wonderful and patient. I had the grilled fish tacos. They were most excellent. My friend had a salad and it was perfect. We were there from 1 to 4pm. Drinks are a little spendy but happy hour is 2$off.

We enjoyed the views, the atmosphere, the location…the food not so much. My husband had brisket, which he found overcooked and dry. I had the salmon salad. I enjoyed my salad and thought that the portion was generous.

Great atmosphere and views. We had the brisket and ribs with collard greens and fried green tomatoes. Do not order these meats, they looked like they had been sitting under heat lamps, were pretty tasteless and the brisket was dry. Collard greens were really smoky. An 18% tip was added to the bill, without any explanation. Drinking wine out of a plastic glass and poor food is a shame in a place with such a lovely view.

My daughter and I ate here last night to celebrate some of her latest accomplishments. I found the atmosphere of this restaurant to be very relaxing, comfortable and popular. The music as lively but not too loud and the service was great. We both enjoyed our food. She ordered a pulled pork sandwich with no coleslaw and macaroni and cheese on the side (yes, she’s a picky eater as she’s autistic) and I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with a side of their homemade coleslaw. Then we split a piece of chocolate cake to celebrate (I rarely order dessert). Thanks for an enjoyable meal. We’ll be back!

Cool location and atmosphere, great service. Food was meh. I don’t consider this BBQ. The 1/2 rack of ribs was the smallest little “rack” I’ve ever seen, with absolutely no smoke ring, no spice rub, no smoke flavor. I am not at all convinced they’re smoked, maybe the smoker was down? The brisket was dry, more like a pot roast, again zero hint of any smoke flavor. Fish tacos were pretty good. BBQ sauce on the table is Sweet Baby Ray’s, a mustard based sauce, and a vinegar based sauce. Our server worked his butt off, service was excellent. Would not return given the food is so mediocre, certainly I would not get “BBQ” here.

Food was fine but not good enough to offset the seating issue. I have gone here several times as my father in law lives very close by. I find it incredibly annoying that they seat you based on their staff rotation as opposed to the best table at the establishment. Every time we have gone they have been incredibly rude about us not accepting the table they want us to sit in even though the place is never crowded. I blame this not on the staff but poor management! clearly this issue needs to be addressed as I have seen multiple people just leave instead of tolerate the stupidity of the bizarre seating setup.
