Three stars are average and I reserve five stars for exceptional. Food at this five guys location was good. The burger was well cooked and had plenty of toppings. Fry’s were cooked well. Flavor of the meat was very good. The service was neither friendly nor rude, but slow. The wait for a couple of burger orders took about 15 minutes. The atmosphere is fun for a quick dine place.

Service was great. Food extremely overpriced for what it is. Reminded me of a burger from A&W but not as good. Fries were ok but over 5 dollars for a small side. No tray for your food… which isn’t a big deal except when you pay that kind of money for a burger…. the least they could do is give you a tray to carry your things.

Great place with solid burgers. Had a cheeseburger with all way. Good flavor and the mushrooms and onions were great.

For being the opening day at Five Guys with how well organized it was, you wouldn’t have known otherwise. Service was impeccable! They had plenty of help and the line to order moved quickly. Burgers were juicy and delicious and the fries were served hot and fresh. Mindy, who is a co-owner with her husband, was very friendly and thanked the guests for coming in. I was also impressed by her willingness to wipe down the tables and other service areas keeping everything in the dining area clean and fresh looking. This Five Guys location is off to an excellent start.

One thing about Five Guys is that no matter which of the several locations I’ve been to from Atlanta to several in Utah, to Grand Junction, CO, they’re consistently good. Honestly the food is a little pricey but their burgers are 100x better than In & Out. I love all the delicious toppings you can customize your burger with at no extra charge. My advice: order a small fry (unless you have several people in your group) – a small is enough for 3 people (and I’m not a small eater). Even a small order fills and overflows from the 20 oz. cup it comes in. I rated 4 out of 5 stars for atmosphere just because all locations seem to be perpetually busy and therefore kinda loud.

Very busy on weekends, please be patient. Worth the wait for our order. Great double burgers, and the fries are amazing. Outdoor seating. Coca Cola Freestyle fountain drinks so you have a variety of sodas to choose from. Tea fountain also. Burgers, sandwiches, hot dogs, kids meals, and delicious shakes are available. You are able to see them prep your meal. You are able to order your specific burger toppings. Busy atmosphere, but staff is friendly.

The food is over priced. They don’t do combos or meals, each thing is purchased separately. No kids meals. The meat is unseasoned. The burgers weren’t good. The hot dog was gross. The only good thing was the chocolate shake but still not worth $6. The employee who took our order was rude and unhelpful. There is overstock piled up in the dinning room. The dinning room was gross. No one was cleaning tables or anything. The floor was super gross. We will not be visiting again. Definitely not worth it. The atmosphere is just employees screaming out numbers. The fries are gross, soggy, greasy. Two large fries is enough to feed the whole dinning room so we ended up throwing a bunch away. We had to dig through greasy fries to find our food in the bag.

I’ll start with the highlights as it’s a short list. The pickles were crunchy and the service wasn’t bad. That’s it. The rest sucked. Let’s start with the food, the burgers were bland AF the meats not even lightly salted, the toppings had no flavour. Tomato? Bland. Mushroom? Bland. Pickles? Crunchy but bland. The burgers were also greasy as heck and made my stomach boil. The fries were burnt, the not burnt ones were adequate when hot. The atmosphere sucked, everything was dirty. I watched someone sweep and it was still dirty all over the floor. I only noticed the cleaning due to them slamming the chairs about. Speaking of the chairs be careful, they grab hair. This is pretty bad for fast food and if I payed like 5 bucks for that from Wendy’s I wouldn’t be that mad that’s a 3/5 a 4/5 if the servers are at all extra, but Wendy’s this is not. For 3 people getting the cheapest items for all 3 that was $50…. No I’m not joking. Subpar day at Wendy’s tasting food for $50. There’s a cafe next door, a famous Dave down the road a Freddie’s across the street. If you are reading this and on the fence go anywhere else. 357 reloaded has good fries and burgers. I will never be back to any 5 guys, considering it’ll cost you 100 to feed five guys with food that tastes like a McDonald’s trainee tried their best but it wasn’t quite up to snuff.

Oh Five Guys, thank you for your existence. The atmosphere of a Five Guys is always one of my favorites, the sort of old school vibe, with the red and white tiles is so cool! Not to mention the food… just unreal! The burgers are so juicy and delicious, the fries are otherworldly, and the shakes, oh the shakes are heaven sent. I will definitely return on the regular!
