I’m a delivery driver and I came here to get a doordash order, let me tell you that was the rudest interaction I’ve ever had at any restaurant. They insisted their lobby was closed, doors were opened, there was a full on family inside ordering and waiting for their order. Told me in such a rude tone that if I’m doordash I have to go around in the drive through like everyone else. I get it if your lobby is closed and you can’t lock the doors at least put a sign on the door. It isn’t hard and to be even more rude about it. Absolutely poor customer service.

So we actually live by the mcdonalds on webb. They were awful. They supposedly refunded my card which i never got. Food never fresh. However this mcdonalds is wonderful! Always fresh food. Great managemnet and staff! If youre going to a mcdonalds in wichita e kellogg is the one to go to!

This place has only gotten worse since they updated they don’t listen when your in the drive thru and try to rush you my drink order is always wrong how hard is it to figure out large Dr pepper they always give me a small and then when I tell them that it’s wrong they want me to pay for the large which on my receipt is large but apparently they can’t read it.
