Ive been coming to islands for years now and I’ve never had a worse experience then what I had the other night. My food took over 30 minutes to get to my table and when it came out the burgers were cold. I asked for the manger and then proceeded to wait at least another 10 minutes before anyone came out. He introduced himself as Jeff and he was extremely rude. He seemed to have not cared at all that we had been sitting there for 40 minutes at this point waiting for cold, overpriced burgers !! He said they’d get new ones started but didn’t seem too happy about it. You’d think he would’ve offered to take one of the meals off of our bill or given us some sort of discount but he didn’t. He claims to be the general manager but with the terrible service we got he shouldn’t be managing anything. The only good thing from our visit was our server Nick. He was very sweet and very attentive but that does not make up for the lack of managing skills in this restaurant. I will not be returning to this islands or the other locations after my experience. Do not recommend.

If you really want to getaway for a meal this restaurant will put you on a Hawaiian destination. Great food. Great service. Fun dining escape that isn’t simply food but also an experience. Delicious cold beer and hot food! Very fun and entertaining.

A fantastic location to unwind, hang out, and get a delicious burger. They have a wonderful vegetable burger and an impossible burger if you’re a vegetarian like me. Additionally, you can substitute a veggie or impossible patty for any burger, like the Maui. Moreover, they provide gluten-free buns. Check out this Islands if you’re looking for an excellent burger restaurant. It’s excellent stuff!
