Outstanding! Delicious! We ordered 1/2 rack of ribs with coleslaw and baked beans and a stuffed baked potato with pork. The ribs were so tender! What I liked was the flavor and no need for sauce, though the sweet sauce added another wonderful dynamic to the food. The meat was tender and perfectly cooked. The baked beans had another great flavor and that combined with the coleslaw was a great combination. The baked potato was very large, topped off with a generous serving of pulled pork, cheese, and packaged sour cream (which allowed to control the amount). If I had to say anything about the meal for improvement would be that a bit of raw onion on the side would have been a great compliment for me, though not everyone adds onion to their meal (note I did not ask for any so don’t know if it was available or not).

Excellent pulled pork, Mac n cheese and baked beans. Very large portions. I would have preferred the brisket, but they only fix that on Wednesdays. Very clean restrooms. Great service. The hot sauce was ok, but it had a strong vinegar taste. Still good though. The pulled pork was quite lean and the sauce added a nice flavor.

Ok let’s be fair here, we are from Ohio. Other than “expensive” there really isn’t a lot of meaning to BBQ around us. (And flying pig means something very different) The food was good, the sauce was colder than I’d like, but I’m used to that. It did remind me of shrimp sauce as I poured it on, but great flavor. For the two of us we paid what I have to pay by myself locally to me. That’s a great deal to me!

The atmosphere is great here. Very clean. Food is EXTREMELY reasonable and just as good. Mac and cheese is very cheesy. Ribs are fall off the bone and delicious. Pulled pork was moist and flavorful. We tried both mold and sweet bbq sauce and they were both pretty good. The staff were amazing and seemed to have a great rapport with each other, which is always a win for the business!
