I ordered a boneless wing combo with fries. The wings were pretty decent, nothing really to complain about there. On the other hand, the fries were so overly salted it seemed like whoever prepared them accidentally dumped the salt container. The fries were essentially inedible because of it, even with dusting the salt off. Unfortunately, the excess salt got on a lot of the wings as well. I was already at home with my food so I wasn’t unable to ask for another unless I drove back to the restaurant.

I ordered through the application, but then received a text saying my order had been cancelled, and that I would be refunded. I called the Logan, UT location (which is inside a Chili’s) and they told me they had received several calls already, and they said it was an issue with the app, and they didn’t know when it would be fixed. They said they couldn’t take my order over the phone for IJW because they were technically a Chili’s. So I went ahead and ordered from a different restaurant, thinking my order had been cancelled. But then I got a text 20 minutes later saying my IJW order was on the way?! And it was too late to cancel my other order. So I got two food orders when I only wanted one. We’ll try to eat it all over the next few days, but some of it will likely not keep and go to waste. I’m pretty sure they charged me for the IJW order, which makes sense because I did get the food, but it was after I had already ordered elsewhere. It was just a frustrating, expensive experience.

I ordered a apple pie with a wing combo on DoorDash. No warnings of any kind. Took 2 bites and swelled up like a balloon. You should probably put a warning saying that you have nuts in your apple pie. I checked your nutritional and allergen chart on your website and it says there are no nuts in your apple pies. I did notice there is a pecan pie. I really hope you guys didn’t give me a pecan pie by accident. You might want to be extremely careful with that kind of stuff, you never know who might be deathly allergic or not. You could kill someone!!!

We tried this place for the first time today. I was a little hesitant to try something new but I’m so glad we did! We ordered bone in and boneless wings. They were amazing! We got buffalo, apple, pineapple teriyaki and garlic parmesan. The curly fries that came with it were seriously good!! I would highly recommend this place if you’re craving wings and curly fries!

Wings were overrun with curly fries, so much so that I could taste the curly fries on the wings. On top of that, the wings didn’t have enough sauce. The buffalo wings were so conservatively sauced that some wings had no buffalo flavor whatsoever. These are just chilis wings with some marketing. Not worth it.
