Walked in for lunch on 2/22/23 no customers are present and staff are busy. Cool. But when I walk up to order they’re all huddled around the cutting board in the back eating steak off of it. Trying to figure out if it’s done. Decide it’s fine and they’ll just put it on the line. One continues cleaning and while eating says she’ll be with me in a minute. After done eating or done sweeping? Usually this place quick and on the ball. Not today. I just walked to a place close.

Really disappointing. Ordered delivery from the Qdoba website. Spent over 80 bucks for dinner. They didn’t send our youngest kid’s dinner (cheese quesadilla). We called them so they could make it right and send the missing item right over. They wouldn’t. They offered a free meal next time we go in person. Thanks, that does nothing to help the immediate problem you just created. What are we supposed to do, sit around and eat our meals while the kid sits there hungry? Mistakes happen, that’s fine, but fix them when you make them. Horrible disappointment and a complete waste of 80 dollars since we ended up having to do something else altogether. A refund, and more importantly an apology for mishandling the mistake by basically doing nothing after we notified you, would be very appropriate.
