Staff were super friendly and seated us right away. Drinks and appetizers came out super quick. It wasn’t too busy, which may have contributed, lucky us! Zero complaints about anything. Everything tasted amazing except the Jaew sauce that comes with the pork belly. It is a very acquired taste due to the fish sauce in it. To each their own. Calamari is the best I can ever remember having anywhere. Overall, I am very satisfied and will be returning to try more yummy things from the menu. Cheers!

I am really excited to share a review on Wanida Thai bistro‘s new Northwest Avenue location. I watched in curiosity as this old building was renovated, and was pleased when I saw that coming soon sign, and that Juanitas was opening a new location. While I love their old, original location, which is still open, this new location features a full-service bar and a modern decor that gives a unique vibe to an already fantastic restaurant. I like the idea that I have the choice depending on what type of atmosphere I want to be in. The food was consistently, good, just like the original location. I eat here, a lot, and mostly takeout, but when I want to sit down with friends or family, I think this new Northwest location hits the nail on the head. Thanks for giving Bellingham another option for a great place to sit down and have some wonderful Thai food.

First off beautiful place and wonderful esthetic. Secondly the food was delicious size was average maybe slightly over average odd when ordering my pad Thai they charge extra for rice ($2.50) when already paying $17.50 I kind of expect some rice on the side like all the other Thai places in town. Another thing with the food was I ordered chicken but found 4 maybe 5 pieces of tofu within the dish and one little piece that tasted like pork. Lastly I wasn’t given any utensils or napkins until I asked for them.

Amazing place! I just discovered this gem from a recommendation of a friend. The waiter was the best ever, the food, amazing! the restaurant- really nice with a huge attention to detail. The food was super fresh and perfectly prepared. Both my friend and I had food allergies, so we’re not the easiest to feed. The waiter was more than kind about it. He was really happy to accommodate, and I had an amazing meal that I didn’t get any reaction to. It was an amazing experience all around. The best restaurant experience I’ve had in years. I’m gluten-free and they had no problem with that along with having a ginger allergy in a Thai restaurant, these guys were nothing short of miracle workers!

Top tier Thai food! We had the crispy chicken and the red curry (chicken). I went for the five star spice level, it was spicy, but not as spicy as I was hoping for. Not a complaint, though.
