Ordered a steak stromboli and 10 nuggets they were half done and a Pepsi.repeated my address twice the young lady got my street wrong, driver said he was outside in a SUV food was delivered in a Sedan I don’t think the young lady should be taking orders if she doesn’t understand what’s said I spoke clear repeating my order and address Twice. Driver first called spoke clear English when I called back to see where he was suddenly he spoke Spanish then after all that they forgot my damn Pepsi!!! I will not be ordering from here again.

When I first called the line was picked up but I didn’t speak to anyone so I called back. The young lady who answered should not be on the phone during peak ordering time if she can’t understand what’s said to her I clearly said what I wanted a medium steak stromboli, 10 chicken nuggets and a Pepsi, I repeated my phone number and address Twice yet they ended up going to a different address the driver called said he outside send a picture of an SUV I tried calling him twice before he answered only to find out he didn’t speak English, the store called me says delivery is outside im on my porch no suv so I asked what address he told me I don’t know how the hell my saying 51 sounded like 53 to the young lady mind you I said my address Twice driver pulls up in a Sedan not a SUV as per the picture he sent and the forgot my damn Pepsi and the nuggets were half done.

Sorrento makes a decent pizza. I’m local so it was nice to find a spot within walking distance. I wish they did slices but 10 dollars for a 14 inch is fine. You basically get 4 large slices.

First and last time ordering from this establishment. The phone rep completely mistook my order and once half of my food was delivered, all he said was “oh I must’ve misheard you” what a joke smh. After asking for my receipt, they text it to me and it lists another restaurant and address. Very shady
