We were told to wait in the drive up car spot because they didn’t have our order ready in the drive thru. 8 minutes later, we drove away and found that they didn’t complete our order. We didn’t get 2 tacos. So now, we are driving 30 minutes with hungry kids that don’t have the food we ordered.

Love the flavor of Taco Bells regular tacos, but the hard shells are getting so thin, they start breaking up after the first bite. A little disappointed as by the second bite, the taco was just a mess of pieces in the wrapper. I hope they fix this and go back to a little thicker tortilla shell.

I’ve come here (drive-thru) 3 times this past week. Each time I was asked to pull around front and wait for my order. Each time I waited over 15 minutes for them to bring out my food. The most ridiculous part is I only ordered 2 small items each time. That’s absurd. This location is run by only teenagers. It’s time to get some real management on in the evenings.

Update: Waited 10 minutes for 2 burritos. This isn’t fast food anymore. Having to wait in the parking lot for my food isn’t drive thru. I was hesitant to come back because I found a feather in my nacho fries but I wanted to try again. Shouldn’t have.

Normal like going here. But they pulled a fast one. Asked if I wanted a lemon or chocolate cake. Said no thanks. Then they said it was free for a promotion. Sure why not. Went to the window and paid,amount seemed higher then normal. Asked me to pull to the front and wait, but was only taco bell and not KFC. They ended up charging me $6 for the lemon cake, when I finally got me receipt.

They messed up my order and I had missing items and when I called and asked to talked to the manger he just kept asking me well what do u want me to do about it. Well I’ll never be going back there. Idk y people decide to work in food if they can’t make it right with the customer when they mess up.
