Worst ever, gave me 2 cups of espresso when I ordered 3 shots in one cup, when asked her to put all shots in a cup the lady gave me an empty cup so I do it myself. Like really I actually don’t mind doing my own drinks over here but the least you can do is to respect the customers!

The service in the restaurant was good The young man working there was really friendly and nice and the coffee was terrible. I don’t know what’s happened to this unit My wife and I used to go there almost every day and it was always good. It was obvious that the coffee is being held at way too high of a temperature. It took about 10 minutes for the coffee to cool off enough to even drink.

On July 23, 2023, I tried to order food and I couldn’t tell you how the food was because even though there was a sign on the window that said our dining was now open, it was not. The employees inside would not let us in, myself, and two other guests. They told us drive-through only. So we stood at the drive-through and tried to order food and asked for breakfast sandwiches and they said they didn’t have any, or bagels, only baked goods. This was 6:15a (they opened at 6a according to the sign, and they still wouldn’t open the door. So, we all left.

Wouldn’t take cash only card. I asked for a vanilla latte with only 2 pumps of vanilla and got 3-4. The young gentleman had a chip on his shoulder. Never going back.

My husband ordered the steak and cheddar panini ,a coffee with espresso. They didn’t have the sandwich or espresso and refused to give him a refund after he no longer wanted any of it. They stated no managers were on duty so he had to wait until tomorrow for his refund. We will be returning tomorrow and for there sake I sure hope a manager is on duty because this will be the first of many complaints.

Extremely bad food and donuts. We went in to get croissants breakfast and donuts. We are NEVER going back to this location again. Donuts were plasticy, hashbrowns were soggy (when we asked them to make fresh, they said we are not making them anymore (at 940AM), caramel latte was just plain a throw away. I don’t have words to describe the nastiness of the taste). I thought the other reviews were just mehhh… but other reviews are true. This place is giving Tim Hortons a bad reputation. If you want to take a risk…. go ahead and waste your money, and then come back and write a review like me.

First time being here and it wasn’t bad, the prices where good not heavy on the wallet. The quality of the food was great! And the wait for our order was less then 5 minutes, very friendly customer service. I got the 2 for $4 bagal sandwiches. The decor in it was very casual very typical fast-food joint.

Well I stop here for a coffee and to waste some time before my doctors appointment. I am writing this as I have worked in the food industry for a combined 17 years and food safety is always an utmost important thing that most managers and service have been drilled into their heads from day one. Today while at Tim Hortons I came across a nice young lady (in mid 20’s) who greeted me with charming “hello, how can I help you?” Which was wonderful..the part I dismayed was the following: As she worked at the cash register she wore a plastic glove, within itself is not my point here! She handle money, food, touch her ear and hair with that same glove and never once removing it after said touches. Well I applaud her for wearing the glove, one should put on a new glove after touching money, ear, hair, etc. She did none of that after each touch. In this day and age of contamination being spread by one’s touch one would had thought she would had changed the glove after each touch. Maybe she thought she fine as her hand never actually touch the food, but still touching money, her ear and hair. Under serve safe guidelines that is preached more than enough times about safe food handling and the necessity to handle food in the proper way and either changing one’s gloves or washing one’s hands after said touches.
