The people was rude the pizza was raw and they said it’s cooked on a timer, the dough was under cooked and slimy, the bread on the sandwich was hard as a rock… You used to be generous with the avocado now there were only 4 wedges of it on the pizza… I took it back in and was told that’s how much goes on a pizza and I should be glad they are putting that much on. We went to another location the next time they wouldn’t put avocado on my sandwich claiming that they save them for the pizza and a different sandwich…. You have lost a family of regular customers and we are removing the app from our phone

Nothing seems to change, thank goodness. After perhaps 15 years, it was sure time for a big Schlotzsky’s regular sandwich, and it did not disappoint. Great service, made to order, sanitary restaurant, and not overpriced due to inflation.

If I could give zero stars I would. The general manager is extremely rude and bratty. They stole money from my card and when I brought it up they told me they couldn’t find me in their system at all. Refuse to refund my money even though I had proof on my bank statement. Then when I asked for customer service and corporate phone number she told me to “look it up myself”. The old man that works the window will absolutely run your card twice and not say a word to you about it. Then they will literally keep your money and basically tell you to screw off.

Love, love, love Schlotzsky’s, we had their giant Original sandwich with extra meat, OMG delicious! Little guy had a pepperoni meal. The only bummer was, NO Cinnabons . However, Bobby, the very cordial, polite front worker said if I call, he would put some aside for me ☺️. Bobby deserves a raise.
