I eat here regularly. They are very quick, kind, and reliable. I am typically in and out of the restaurant within my 30 minute break. Plus, if you’re in the rewards program you save a lot in the long run. I recommend getting a combo (medium drink, w/ cookie/chips) to save more. The jalapeno chips are personally my favorite.

Jimmy John’s is a chain with a fairly established and focused menu, meat and cheese sandwiches. If you’re expecting a Michelin Star meal keep moving. If you want a good sandwich, prepared quickly and had for a reasonable price then this is your place. I’ve patronized this location numerous times and the service has been friendly and my order has always been fulfilled correctly. What more could you ask for?

Been coming here every month or two for a few years, always 4-5 stars, though I’ve never rated. Last few months it has become freaky slow. Today is the worst. There are 8-9 people working right now. I saw 1 person walk out the front empty handed. There were 4 cars in front of me in the drive thru line when I pulled in, took 31 minutes to get food.

I’ve tried this Jimmy John’s and a few others around town but every time I go I don’t feel satisfied. Nothing was really wrong with the sandwiches but they honestly just weren’t that great and for what you pay I could make a sandwich that’s like 10 times better at home for half the price. Another thing I don’t like about Jimmy John’s is that they don’t have a single hot sub. Not one. Honestly I’d rather go to Subway and that’s saying a lot because Subway is probably the last fast food place I’d go to unless I had no other choice. At least they have a meatball sub.

I called in an order … the Jimmy John’s worker taking my order over the phone said “ your order will be ready when you arrive.” When I arrived not only was it not ready … he laughed while stating “ I forgot to enter it in “ ( Note : he NEVER apologized). I then had to wait for my order to be made & when the worker finally handed me my order “ I quickly realized it wasn’t what I ordered “ again… ( Note: she NEVER apologized either ) she then went back to her station to remake my order. And later put my sandwich on the counter while walking away.
