Very terrible place. I ordered a Dunkin Resfresher through the app and when I got to the store, they didn’t have it. They offered me a different item, which I did not want so I requested a refund. The very nasty lady behind the counter denied my refund request claiming “we are not responsible” in a rude manner and tone. Her male colleague was in the process of refunding my money and she stopped him. When I insisted that I wasn’t leaving until I got my refund, he then agreed to call the manager. The manager authorized a refund. Seriously?! I have never heard of a scenario where a customer pays for an item and they don’t have it but won’t issue a refund. That is consumer fraud and it’s illegal in all 50 US States. Not to mention the very nasty attitude of the employee is a blatant refection of how poor the service is. This is the worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been to with unprofessional, disrespectful and unreasonable staff. I will NOT be returning. Thank God there are other options in my town. This location deserves to be closed. Do not spend your money where you are not respected or valued.
