If you’re in the area this is one of the few restaurants anyways in this area, but, you need to stop here for at least one meal if you’re going to be here for a day or two.

The place is huge. There are two names on the building outside, giving the impression there are two steakhouses. It’s a good-looking place. The ambiance was that of a library when we visited, but we loved the decor. Old West, cowboy, barn yard vibe was really cool. The servers were very young. Everyone was friendly, not over the top, excited to work, but friendly. We ordered the prime Rib, our sides and ordered an additional garden salad just to fill every empty spot. Everything was cooked perfect to our liking, the flavors and seasoning was spot on. I think my only suggestion would be, don’t get the “mashed potatoes.” They were smooth but either they were real potatoes mashed with a broth, perhaps chicken broth, or they are potato flakes brought to life with boiling water. Either way, if I may be honest, the mashed potatoes really sucked. Otherwise, everything was great.

Big restaurant in town. Easy to find. I liked every dishes ordered especially Ribs. The price is acceptable but steak took a bit long time. Plenty of parkings. The atmosphere is cozy. Service is also good. There was big room for customer waiting in the queue.

Price is slightly high, fast service, food quality is ok. Portion size is good, chicken wings are big. Supposedly they get busy after 5pm everyday, but we were there on a Saturday night 630pm , and they seem not too crowded. Just an ok steakhouse. With that said, if you want to go to a steakhouse, Relatively speaking this is one of the best steakhouse in the immediate vicinity.

The atmosphere is so great in this place that you should visit just to enjoy it. We had great service by Javier S. (young Javier ) who was friendly and provided excellent advice for our dinner. We enjoyed the warm pretzel bites with our cocktails. Husband ordered the ribs, which were very tender and fell off the bone. I had great salmon with a bunch of veggies and was very happy. Ordered dessert to take back to our hotel for later. Don’t understand why this place isn’t getting better reviews because our experience was excellent.

Big E sure seems to know how to take advantage of the tourists passing through. After reviewing their site, I wanted to go there because of their Grand Canyon steaks. I ended up getting the ribs. At $36 for half a rack of ribs, you’re expecting a certain level. I didn’t feel they were worth it at all. Best part of dining here was the service.

After a long visit to the Grand Canyon, Big E is a great place to stop for some good food and great atmosphere. We were traveling with our two fur balls, so it was a big plus that Big E has an open-air dining area that allows dogs. The food was good, and the service was quick and attentive. An enjoyable dinner with a fun western themed decor.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Big E Steakhouse & Saloon, and I must say it was a truly carnivorous experience. Located in the heart of downtown, this establishment is a haven for steak lovers, offering a delightful blend of rustic charm and mouthwatering cuisine.
