Takeout order was incomplete/wrong. The bento box and Habachi ask for two sides. My family members picked noodles and vegetables. Noodles were left out. I ordered spicy tuna roll. The pictures online showed cucumber and masago. It was just a roll, no cucumber or topping. False advertising.

Terrible experience at this location. I placed an order online for pickup. Once i arrived at location doors were locked, there were employees inside walking around. Tried calling phone number, no answer, multiple people waiting outside that had also placed online orders. Finally an employee came, quickly said they were closed and proceeded to get inside his vehicle. I had received confirmation of order and card had already been charged, i tried calling again and looking for customer service number. All Customer service numbers listed online are not working. Finally another employee came out gave no explanation just said we can try to refund you or you can pick up order in one hour. This was a company order so i did not have physical card with me for refund.
