My best friend and I love Ohana Poke! I have celiac, and the owner took the time to review all the ingredients while we waited, giving me a list of all of my gluten free options. This was within weeks of opening. Since then, I’ve noticed the online ordering has the GF and Gluten Containing items noted. This extra step made me so happy. But above all this, the food is so good

I got the Kohala Bowl with Ahi Tuna, and it was great! The ahi tuna tasted fresh, and the employees were very friendly! However, I do think more sauce would be better to add flavor, since they just put a little bit. I will be back.

The food quality was great just as in the past. However, when I arrived home with my order they had forgotten to put on the dressing and the double protein I ordered was definitely not double protein. Check your to go order before you leave.

Terrible experience. Decided to finally it give it a try and they dissapointed. Ordered an Ohana Bowl for pick up and asked for siracha on the side. When I got there, they were unable to process a Visa gift card and their cashier didn’t seem to know what she was doing.This took about 7 min. NP. I used a different card. I asked the gentleman in charge if he had added my siracha sauce before I left and he said yes. When I finally got back to work to enjoy my bowl, they had forgotten to add the siracha and instead gave me two extra spicy mayo containers (not what I asked for). I tried to eat my bowl but it tasted horrible because they put way too much mayo on their bowls. I called back to let them know that they forgotten my Siracha and he guy said that they didn’t have any. It would have been nice to know this when I placed my order. What kind of Asian restaurant does not have Siracha or a Siracha substitute? The guy on the phone then offered to go buy some siracha. What??? They should have it already. 1 star for food, 1 star for terrible service. This is only my second review ever on Google because a place like this in DT AH should do better. Do not waste your money!. Poke Hale in Buffalo grove is much better and also cheaper.

WOW, best poke around for sure! Nice clean place with delicious signature bowls fresh. Awesome fresh options! My wife and son loves sushi which has evolved into a love for Poke. I was thrilled to see a new Poke Bowl restaurant open in my area. We have dined in and carried out! Happy to have found a new favorite!!
