Toshinoya is quite a popular brand and so I’m pretty disappointed with my experience here. One of the cashiers can’t really explain what’s on the menu. I mean come on you’re not a local mom and pop shop. Hire someone professional. Then when I was dining in I saw a lot of boxes stacked in the corner of the main dining space. Makes it feel more like a factory than a restaurant. Food is bland and not as great as it would taste in Japan. Overall I would not recommend it.

I come to Yoshinoya Cupertino when I am craving Gyu-don. I always order combo Gyu-don and teriyaki chicken because they compliment each other. Portion is great for the price -considering groceries are expensive now. Don’t order their americanize menu and complained about them. Stick with Gyu-don, vegetable and rice. If you want restaurant quality, you have to pay more. This is a fast food restaurant.

This has got to be the worst 吉野家 in the whole world! It used to be good. But everything changed during the pandemic. Food quality, service and shop conditions all went downhill drastically. Maybe I should open up a 松屋 nearby so I can still get good 牛丼. What a shame.

Yoshinoya’s fan for at least 10yrs here(I ate yoshinoya at least twice a week when I was back in Asia). The beef taste the same but the chicken is def not right. The vegetables are disgusting and the rice are way too dry like they’ve been cooked 3days ago and left in open air

Probably one of the best fast food chains out there. Although it’s been tough for the chain that expanded so fast in the ’90’s. This, I believe is the last Yoshinoya in the Silicon Valley. The Santa Clara, downtown San Jose locations have sinced closed. The only other store that I’ve seen in California is in Glendale.

Overall, Yoshinoya in Cupertino provided me with a delicious and satisfying meal in a welcoming environment. I will definitely be returning and recommending it to friends and family who are looking for a quick and delicious Japanese dining experience.

Yoshioka is a go place when hungry. While a little bland lately, I still like going. They ha a decent selection. Chicken is good, beef normal is very bland. Good for family quick meals.

Yoshina is best fast food in the bay area! Very underrated! Get their classic beef bowl! Then tomorrow try their original chicken!
