It’s still cold outside and you need some good authentic Mexican comfort food. Why not try grilled chicken with mole with a plethora of colorful zucchini, broccoli, grilled peppers and onions. Simply delicious and the price is reasonable. Even the corn tortillas are fresh—yum!

We arrived Friday night around 7pm. We were greeted and seated immediately. He got a beer; I got a strawberry margarita.. Both were delicious. He ordered shrimp tacos; I ordered the Iowan which has five different items. Glorious. Great place for a quick and tasty night out.

Food was decent. Different than most Mexican restaurants, such as different toppings on tacos, but good overall. Margaritas not great. Tasted a bit watered down and the mix was from a bottle. Our margaritas were a lite neon green color. Server was attentive. They do have a lunch menu Monday to Friday day.

Poor service with mediocre food. How can you serve a grilled cheese with cold cheese? All 3 of my children’s meals were like this. A grilled cheese is a simple sandwich to make. My molcajete had absolutely no flavor. This was a complete disappointment and we will not be back. The staff could definitely be more friendly and my entire party felt unwelcome.
