I usually love this place; however the staff turnover has changed my feelings for the worse. Customer service is absolutely terrible. Placing an order takes double the time, only for the order to come out wrong. Upon returning, no apology was made. They simply tossed the wrong order into the trash and begrudgingly made a new one. I miss the old staff.

Bad Dunkin. I’m a big fan of Dunkin but this store – each time is less than good. Today I tried the chocolate croissant which the description says is warm. This store didn’t warm it at all. If I’m in this part of town I’d rather just go to the grocery store and get my donut and coffee there — it costs less too

Will not be returning here. Rude service, I watched them short the customer in front of me, where they had to come back to get it sorted out. The girl behind the counter was indifferent and did not apologize, but corrected it without saying anything. I bought some donuts and asked for cups of tap water with it. They charged me $2.25 per cup of water. Very unprofessional.

I love this Dunkin Donuts! The staff is always so friendly, my drinks are always perfec, And in the morning the gentleman taking orders is always so friendly and upbeat that it puts you in a positive mood for your drive to work. I don’t know what’s in the pumpkin cold foam but thank you for letting me put it on my iced coffee it makes things so good and it’s a benefit to my day 🙂

Usually, I love going to this Dunkin, but I’m pretty sure after what I experienced, I will not be returning. I ordered a drink through the Dunkin app and pre-paid for the drink with the credit card I have on file, like I always do. I get into the store and am told they cannot make the drink because there is no green tea. No big deal, right? Just refund me, right? I was told by I guess the manager that my money could not be refunded because I didn’t pay the store through the app, but that didn’t make sense to me because I paid with the credit card associated with the app. Not only that, I’ve pre-ordered and pre-paid for that drink before, and twice the drink couldn’t be made because they were missing one of the products. However, I was refunded both times right back to my credit card in the store, and that was that. Nothing else I had to do. This woman proceeded to argue with me in front of customers and we had a screaming match. Though, I could’ve walked away myself, I was irate, and her being in the customer service business should not have acted in such a manner. And then she kept shrugging her shoulders and telling me there was nothing she could do. I had to actually send an email to the corporate office. Absolutely ridiculous! So for this, I gave one star and will not be going back to this place.

This dunkin is a joke, this “donut” shop never actually has any donuts other than plain and cornbread. The employees here have the ability to screw up even the simplest of orders, and if by some miraculous feat they manage to get your order right, the quality is going to be so terrible you’ll think they served you dishwater for a beverage. Go literally anywhere else, make homemade donuts, hell even starving is a better alternative to setting foot into this god forsaken dunkin donuts.

My father had an incident at this Dunkin Donuts a few months ago where a staff member acted like he was trying to scam a free order when in reality they had lost his ticket. He provided the order # to them from the app on his phone and he was told by the woman “she would not do this again!” As if HE had done something wrong. I complained and was contacted by someone in charge of the store who was supposed to send a gift card out to right the wrong. That never happened. Also, now every time my father goes into this store, the woman whispers to other employees and they turn around and look at him. So unprofessional!!!! He was an every day customer and now he actually hates going in there. I will be making my way in to find out her name. Dunkin Donuts needs to train her on how to treat customers.

every time a long waiting after you order pretty quickly. Avocado toast was horrible not even toasted one piece of bacon across the middle. wake up wraps weren’t even folded and melted all over place. please retrain your associates making food.
