Amazing food, service and atmosphere! The drinks and food menu are great with a focus on high quality ingredients at the right price. If you’re looking for a good sushi restaurant, I highly recommend this place! I have been to Fusion Wok Sushi three times already and it has never let me down. The same great experience every time. The sushi was incredibly fresh and the staff was attentive and knowledgeable which only added to my memorable experience.

Pretty decent place for a local sushi/ asian fusion place where you can enjoy japanese/chinese/thai food at the place. The selection of dishes are available widely. I am hoping that that have enough ingredients for everything on the menu. Tonight they ran out of Hamachi Kama and Beef Negimaki. But we still enjoye the Shrimp Lomein a tad salty, awesome rock shrimp, the special rools are nice and taste fresh. Soft shell crab tempura is nice and crunchy served with mixed veggie tempura. We had the Rainbow roll and the age tofu and the sauce are decent. The salmon skin salad i can still taste the bitter part of the skin but the kani salad with apple is nice to have.

Our family went this restaurant last Friday , we ordered some sushi roll and stir fry undon noodle , the sushi was so fresh and tasty , I even don’t have chance to take pictures for my kids undon , it is all gone , because my kids really love it ! The service was amazing too ! Definitely will come back this Place again !

This was the first time I’ve ever been to this place and I was pleasantly surprised! Our hostess, was also our waiter. Her name is Mary. She was amazing! Extremely nice and attentive. The food was amazing! I will definitely be back! This is one of the best Asian restaurants I’ve been to in the Katy area thus far!

I would have given zero stars if possible. We’ve ordered from this place a handful of times before and it had been good but to say the quality has gone downhill is an understatement. Our latest order the salmon was so fatty I couldn’t stomach it and visually included pieces that should have been trimmed off. I looked past this because of the past positive experiences but then I found A BUG in the lo mein I ordered for my kids. An actual bug. Looks like a beetle or baby cockroach maybe? So definitely not ordering from them again. Totally disgusted.

I really like the Fried Rice there, it taste different from the other restaurant, I grow up eating rice. so I ask the manager there, they use some very good brand rice and some kind of special rice cooker. people there are so friendly. feel so welcoming there. definitely worth going there.
