I am disappointed in this location. I just spent 42 for two meals and they had the nerve to charge me for some sauce. Then only gave me two and don’t even care to ask me what kind I wanted. And another thing I was told my order was going to take 8-12 min I was waiting 35 minutes. I normally enjoy Sardis, but this location needs to work on their customer service. And inform customers about their sauce policies or BRING YOUR OWN AT THIS POINT!

Went to the restaurant at 9:12 to order food. The door read 9:30pm and Google read a closing time of 9:30pm. Was told by an employee that they close at 9. I asked when did the change occur an employee said oh they made that change. I think that is bad business to close a business 30 mins before closing time.

This place’s food is good but the silverware blows. Your plastic knife wouldn’t cut butter. Using it on this carne asada is giving me anxiety like people are watching me struggle.

I gave a 1 star because of the service.The food was good. I dislike the fact that I paid for 2 extra sauces. She put 4 in the bag when I was looking. She played with the bag the whole time, and when I looked in my wallet to pay, she took 2 out that i paid additional money for. I didn’t realize it until I got home. I hate restaurants like these. This is very unprofessional and basically stealing from customers. I know it wasn’t much for the sauce, but it is the principle behind it. Don’t open a restaurant and now give a customer what they paid for. I will not be eating back at this location for this particular reason.

I have ordered from this Sardis location multiple times. Lately, the food and service has been downhill. Sardis is always forgetting something, giving the wrong food, or providing old food. Someone is going to get sick. I couldn’t even eat my last order.
