We sat at the sushi bar and we’re incredibly pleased with how friendly and kind the staff were. The ambiance was *chefs kiss*. It’s a tiny place but if you have to wait to sit down, it’s definitely worth it. The staff kept apologizing for the wait and we honestly barely waited and our food came out so fast. We did the happy hour menu around 6:45pm and it was a fantastic value. We got plum wine, spicy garlic edamame, California roll, cherry blossom roll, and crunchy spicy tuna roll. The standout by far was the crunchy spicy tuna roll. I wanted to order like 2 more just for myself. But everything was so fresh and so delicious! I can’t wait to go back.

Man this place is the bomb. I was greeted by a quickie and friendly sushi chef behind the counter when I came in to pick up my to go order. The place was buzzing which is a good sign on a rainy Thursday night. Brought my grub back to my place because I’m working too hard today but wow. Everything just tastes so fresh and amazing. My girlfriend and I have been coming to Sushi on North Beach a few times now. I can’t rave about this place enough! The prices, quality, and service is unmatched. The owners are always very warm and welcoming. The sushi prices during happy hour are amazing, and they have great deals on alcoholic drinks as well. The quality of of the sushi is also very good for the price. If you are in the area, I highly recommend checking out this place!

I love this very traditional, simple sushi place that has an outdoor park-let for dinning, as well as inside. I try to go early to avoid lines and to get there in time for happy hour. Love the tangy unexpected flavors. The tempura is light and well, just wonderful! Prices are fair and reasonable for the North Beach area.
