I went to this spot for an Icee after searching the local area for this one of a kind masterpiece without luck. When I arrived, the line was around the corner. It was 3pm! Not even near dinner time! I realized that it wasn’t a rushes fault, it was the slow service! The workers there were moving very slowly. When I started my order the woman ringing me up was super quiet. I had to ask her what she was saying probably 3 times before I could understand what she was saying. I got my Icee fast, but I wouldn’t recommend coming to this location if they A. Don’t have both registers open or B. You are only buying one item.

i honestly LOVEEEE these fries. #1 the BEST and only BEST these fries are VERY SEASONED AND SOO GOOD i really wish i could door dash it. I HOPE IT GETS ON DOORDASHHH I NEED THESE FRIES TO GOOO AND DELIVERYY. sometimes the customer service isn’t that great other wise its okay. Yes it can take some time for your order to come up especially if its busy but you can’t blame their fault because of them having many orders at once and can get mixed up on accident, if you dont see my point you just havn’t experienced the real world yet!

Waited over 30 min and received nothing. Ordered at 5:19pm some fry’s and waited 20 min before going over to ask, they asked what my order was and I assumed they where going to make it,5 min pass and they ask for it again. I wait until 5:45 to just ask for a refund as it’s the 3rd time the same person has asked what I ordered. I wait until 5:50 until a manager comes over and finally refunds me. Was a waste of time I could have spent doing something else.

Amazing fries! The best cheap and delicious fries with a variety of flavors. I ordered the garlic and Parmesan original fries. If you’re visiting the mall definitely come check out this place. No other restaurants/fast food sell fries like this and they have such an amazing flavors.

My 3 year old and I waited for 17 minutes to get an icee and fries. They called what I thought was my name and there were 2 fries orders so I assumed she rang me up for 2 orders by mistake. I should not have assumed that and it take responsibility for that.

the food was good. loved the fries. they were crispy and delicious. but the service was actually foul. it was sick. i was quite literally yelled at by an employee because i didn’t hear the cashier ask me to wait for my drink. which caught me so off guard because i had been nothing but nice and polite. that interaction ruined my mood for the rest of day. when i went to go and receive my food the same employee slapped my napkins on the table. which i thought was very strange, however i excused it by thinking that maybe she was just having a bad day. as i was eating my food i watched this same employee give attitude to a little boy who ordered fries. she had called his name and he didn’t hear, when she finally got his attention she sucked her teeth and threw his napkins onto his fries. i was actually shocked. it’s one thing to have a bad day but to take it out on customers, ESPECIALLY little kids is actually sick and insane. you’re literally doing nothing but your job. she honestly killed my whole mood and i was so bitter for the rest of the day. despite this though the fries were GOOD and i would def come back for more if she wasn’t on the clock.
